Goodmorning.
Want to get the word out on a few things, so I am going to use bullet points.
- Last Wednesday took Lillybeth to the Dr. and she had an ear infection and throat irritation our wonderful pediatrician gave her an antibiotic. Life goes on.
- Proceed to Thurs./Fri./Saturday eve, the girls both are coughing their heads off, thrashing around in their cribs and acting down right crazy.
- Sunday morning I decided I am just going to take them to the Dr. and find out A.) why Lillybeth is not getting better and B.)find out what is going on with Jillian.
- We didn't get to see our regular Dr., but we saw the one on call (just a side note, you would not believe the amount of people that were in that waiting room)
- Dr. diagnoses both girls with "light" RSV (for anyone who has ever had a child with "heavy" RSV, I am sorry for you) and says Lillybeths ear is better but that Jillian now has an ear infection.
- Dr. gives Jilly antibiotic and both girls prescription of steroids!
- So all week we have been trying to force steroids down the girls, NOT FUN!
- Jillian hurls every time she takes hers.
- I have been trying to make sure Will doesn't catch RSV, it is contagious.
- I am having a hard time accepting that it is almost the middle of February.
- Will's birthday is in a little over a month and I usually have it all together by now, have nothing but the cake even thought about.
- My house is most days in utter disarray, trying to learn to get over it!
- Back on the birthday, Will is going to be 7, folks did you hear that SEVEN. Can't believe that one!
- We have been in our house 3 years, hard to believe.
- Time is going by WAY to fast.
- Back on the sickness of the girlie's, Lillybeth is better and back to her full time job of annoying Jillian. Jillian is better she is just coughing alot here lately. And Jillian, CRAWLED for the first time yesterday. I mean belly up off the floor, on all fours and moving around the room.
- Okay, that is all random. But just wanted to get that out there!
- And did I mention I did not make it the beach in 2008 and I REALLY want to go this year. The sooner the better!

Girl, I am so so sorry. It's been a crazy insane season! Trying to keep on child well while another one is sick is nearly impossible. And I want to go to the beach too. Maybe we should create a "crazy moms beach caravan". We can put a sign on our veggie van and everyone will stay out of our way!! Love you!!
I don't know bona fide mama but I'm with you for a crazy moms beach vacation. Tis the season for sick kids. I'm sure there's a lesson to be learned somewhere. glad they're feeling better. talk soon.
