Travis the tick and 1st soccer practice!

Well you know us, never ones to let things get to calm.......Will went fishing on Sunday afternoon, we came home, went to bed and got up to find a big, old fat tick on Wills arm who we named Travis! Will being a slight dramatic, thought for sure his time on earth was over and HE COULD NOT go to school! So here comes Daddy-o with the tweezers and alcohol, well Mr. Travis did not want to come out of Wills arm! We were able to get most of him out, but a good bit was left in there. So this of course was Wills ticket to no school! We called our super Dr. and they said to bring him in. Will was SO BRAVE about letting the Dr. get the rest of Travis out! Now of course when we were done at 1030, Will could have gone on to school, but I could tell he could just use the rest of day off! Shh, don't tell!

and then on Monday night..........
Will had his first soccer practice! He did so well, he knows nothing about soccer, but seemed to be picking it up! Such a cutie. And then at bedtime the true sweetness of Will came through, he was worried about Travis!!! I of course said "WILL GO TO BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
