Looong day

Hello
Up till 12:30 this morn, got back up at 2:00am with both girls :) and then alarm went off at 5:30am. The 5:30 alarm was due to not getting Will's things together for school the day before, lesson to learn. Anyway got Keith and Will out the door by 7:15, then it was time for me to get the girls and myself ready to head off to Nashville for Jillian's appointment. We get there and meet Dr. Chester, very informative, friendly lady. She basically said that she would not feel good about giving J the steroid shots into her head (praise God) and that at this time she wanted to just give her oral steroids. She then also let me know that Tylenol was fine for her pain, up until now we were understanding that we could give her nothing for pain (there is nothing like a 3 month old shrieking in pain). So we are also supposed to clean the "spot" with peroxide 2x daily, Jilly was not happy about that this evening, but we just had some extra snuggle time afterwards. And Dr. warned me that the steroids would make her crazy(check), stay wide awake for long periods of time(check) and want to eat frequently (check)! So we are already doing those things. So we are supposed to go back in 2 weeks and recheck, possibly get to lower the dosage and see where we go from there. All in all a good experience.
